In the past, we’ve blogged about the component phrases that make up the Trailman’s Oath at Trail Life USA. A reader suggested that we assemble them together as a series of links since it wasn’t clear that the series was complete:

While it’s an important first step to encourage our Trailmen to memorize the words of the Oath, it’s a critical next step to help them understand what the words covey. As they get older, the meaning should deepen, as well.

My goal is simply to inspire other TLUSA leaders and volunteers to dig into the Oath to better understand it for themselves in light of their own personal relationship with God.
